You also accept that Ideal Content Solutions reserves the right to refuse to work with websites and businesses in certain industries and niches, including but not limited to, adult, gambling, or illegal content. You also accept that Ideal Content Solutions also only works with websites written in the English language, and only on websites that you own. Ideal Content Solutions does not provide content or SEO services for stores hosted on domains like Etsy, for example.
Payment Terms
By working with Ideal Content Solutions, you accept that all payments must be made within the timeframe (e.g., net 30) and by the method (e.g., bank transfer) agreed upon at the time of commencement of the contract. Failure to make payments will result in the immediate stoppage of any work being carried out at that time until payment is received.
Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Ideal Content Solutions reserves the right to not offer a refund on any services offered, unless specifically agreed to beforehand, such as with content audit services where it’s made clear before payments are made that full refunds are available. All details of services offered will be explained in clear terms and listed in any contract signed before work commences, and as soon as that contract is signed by both parties, work may commence. Amendments should be made before the contract is signed. SEO and content creation work requires considerable time investment, and the use of tools and resources may also incur significant monetary investment on the part of Ideal Content Solutions. Per the terms above, you also understand and accept that no results can be guaranteed.
By working with Ideal Content Solutions, you accept that Ideal Content Solutions is under no obligation to offer full or partial refunds.
Ideal Content Solutions also reserves the right to not accept any cancellations during the term of any signed contract. Both parties sign and agree to this contract before work commences, and this takes into account the timeframe of the project, and all time and monetary costs that may be incurred on the part of Ideal Content Solutions during the contract’s duration. Amendments should be made before the contract is signed.
For ongoing contracts and monthly retainers, cancellations can be made at any point with a 30-day written notice to Chris Hanna of Ideal Content Solutions. You agree to be billed for the remaining billing cycle up until the 30-day notice period ends.
By working with Ideal Content Solutions, you accept these cancellation terms.
Ideal Content Solutions does not offer refunds once work has commenced, except where explicitly stated in the service agreement (e.g., content audit services with pre-agreed refund terms). All service details and refund eligibility will be outlined in the contract before signing.
Project-based contracts cannot be cancelled once signed by both parties. The contract accounts for the full project timeline and associated costs. If you need modifications, request them before signing.
For ongoing retainer agreements, you may cancel at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice to Chris Hanna of Ideal Content Solutions. You will be billed through the end of your current billing cycle plus the 30-day notice period.
SEO and content creation involve significant time and resource investment. Results cannot be guaranteed, and this is acknowledged in all service agreements.
Limitation of Liability
By working with Ideal Content Solutions, you accept that Chris Hanna is not liable for any damages, financial or those associated with you or your business’ reputation, that you may incur as a result of any implementation of advice or recommendations offered by Ideal Content Solutions.
This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits, whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, that arise before, during, or after the duration of the agreed contract. It also includes damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems, programs and data stored or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages. The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected.
